Scout CCTV engineers were the first to design and develop the fully closed, magnetically dampened pendulum bracket for crane arm mounting. Today, their next-to-no maintenance, non-explosive, fully closed, stainless steel magnetic pendulum brackets are used all over the world. Used for camera and light.
The oil-free damping properties are unaffected by extreme temperatures or weather changes due to the patented magnetic technology inside the housing. Externally, the units are close to magnetic neutral.
Our pendulums come with two different magnets:
Type 42 - comes with standard magnet.
Type 52 - comes with about 20% more powerful magnet.
